1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LocketPictures.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Service Subscription & Billing

LocketPictures provides locket photo-sizing software on a subscription basis. Payments are processed through our Merchant of Record, Creem.io. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled prior to the renewal date via your billing portal.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to upload or process content that is unlawful, abusive, obscene, defamatory, or infringes upon any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.

4. User-Generated Content & Abuse Takedown Policy

LocketPictures respects intellectual property rights and strictly prohibits the processing of unauthorized copyrighted materials or harmful images.

Abuse Reporting: If you believe that content hosted or processed on LocketPictures infringes your copyright or violates legal standards, please send a written takedown notice to support@locketpictures.com with the subject line "Abuse / Takedown Request".

Admin Right to Remove Content: We reserve the right to immediately disable access to, remove, or delete any user-uploaded content, as well as suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use policy, without prior notice.

5. Disclaimers & Print Hardware Variation

While LocketPictures generates print sheets based on exact physical millimeter specifications, physical output depends on user printer settings and paper stock. LocketPictures is not responsible for physical print errors resulting from uncalibrated home hardware or improper scaling settings selected by end users.
